Job Description
Compensation and Benefit Package (Pre-tax):
Salary——25,000RMB/Month + ( will be higher depending on candidate’s qualification )
Accommodation——4,500RMB/Month
Winter&Summer Holidays Salary——16,500RMB/Month
Renewal Bonus——10,000RMB/Year
Overseas Flight Reimbursement——10,000RMB/Year
Visa——Work Permit, Residence Permit
Visa Related Reimbursement——Up to 2,000RMB
Insurance——Chinese Social Insurance and Accident Insurance
Paid Leave——National Holidays/Winter Holidays/Summer Holidays and personal days
Children Tuition——50% off and more discount with longer employment period
Qualifications and Requirements:
Native English speakers (applies to ELA) with great English speaking and writing skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher. Major in Education and TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/DELTA etc.
certification is preferred
Able to provide the complete and qualified documents which meet the requirements of the work permit application in China
At least 3 years of teaching experience. Midlle and high school teaching experience is preferred
Able to teach students with different backgrounds and abilities
Job Responsibilities:
Works 5 days a week from Mondays to Fridays with 40 hours a week
Provides day-to-day instructional excellence to each student following the school’s curriculum
Lead students morning and evening self-study supervision based on the working schedule
Shows great individual care and support for the students, promoting learning styles that cater to individual differences to provide engagement in rigorous, relevant, and significant learning
Works with the school to provide various extracurricular activities for students including outdoor trips and activities
Participates in the curriculum improvement program and the organization of the school’s big
events which benefit the school and also the students’ well-being
Prepare parents meetings in advance and maintain effective communications with parents
during daily teaching
Assists with the students management and safety supervision outside class hours
