Your responsibilities

  • - Setting up Quality / EH&S objectives and reviewing periodically, facilitating the implementation and maintenance of Q HSE management system (ISO9000,14001 & OHSAS18001/ISO45001).
  • - Taking lead on Quality / EH&S system compliance on company-wide basis, periodically reviewing with management on QMS to ensure daily quality operation on stream based on QMS and aligning with development.
  • - Establishing and maintaining Quality management system to meet the business development needs, reviewing QEH&S training plan and supervising internal training courses development.
  • - Organizing and executing internal QEH&S audit and supervising corrective and preventive actions, giving support and consulting to all departments and employees for QEH&S improvement and business reengineering.
  • - Setting up, deploying and improving business quality control process to ensure quality meet customer requirements
  • - Keeping good relationship with third part auditor, training organization, and local government/organization, keeping close contact with Country HSE team to get the most up-to-date regulations and guidelines.
  • - Being responsible for accident reporting and administration procedure control.
  • - Implementing other projects / programs assigned by management.

Your background

  • - Must have a bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Engineering.
  • - Minimum 6 years working experience on QEH&S management in manufacturing plant, preferably JV or wholly owned foreign invested enterprise with experience in course development and trainer.
  • - Familiar with ISO9000 /ISO14000/ISO45001 standard, in-depth experience in QEH&S implementation. Better to have ISO external auditor certificate.
  • - Strong SQC and SPC awareness, strong data analysis ability.
  • - Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • - Strong communication and presentation skill, thinking systemically and logically, strong teamwork spirit; good command of English in writing and speaking and good PC skill.
  • - Self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure.
