Job Description:

Develop EMC/ESD modeling methods to assess and improve EMC/ESD performance on IC and PCB level to meet IEC EMC performance and to meet specified request from customer.

Correlation studies between IC-level tests, PCB-level tests, and EMC test simulation.

Other work includes EMC board design, EMC code development, EMC issue debug and EMC related test.

Job Requirements:

• Master degree or above in electromagnetic field, electrical engineering, communication engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience working in electromagnetics, EMC, RF or signal integrity
• Experienced and capability with RF/EMC numerical modeling methods (e.g, MoM, FEM, Spice and hybrid codes) and tools (Ansoft Maxwell, Q3D, Simulink, FEKO)
• Understanding of EMC standards
• Knowledge on IC design is a big plus
• Great communication skills in both English and Chinese
