We are seeking a Program Manager, to partner with the APOS Leadership and
assist in defining, launching and executing on our key strategic programs for
the Global APOS (Renewals) business.
You will collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional
teams to launch new programs and deliver successfully against high standards.
This is a hands-on position - you must be willing to “roll up their sleeves”.
You will need to earn trust through performance and relationship building,
thinking strategically and analytically about business challenges, have
experience in program management and have an analytic background to assist the
APOS Sales teams in meeting its business objectives.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment,
will be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and constantly seek
ways to invent and simplify business processes. Organization, strong judgment,
and the ability to activate plans are all essential to success in this role.
You will work with stakeholders supporting the extended APOS Services
organization, such as Sales, Service Operations, Business Development,
Marketing, Business Transformation, IT, and the Partner team. You will need to
communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business
units, as well as across other geographies. Current and ongoing work spans
the following areas: sales strategy, quarterly planning, regional program
launch and sustainment, process creation, process improvement, training, sales
incentives, regional awareness, as well as internal and ad hoc
reporting/analysis.
You will report to EMEA APOS Sales Manager .
#### Position Requirements:
• Experience developing quarterly business plans encompassing sales motions,
targeted campaigns, KPI setting/measurement, training, and in-quarter
management.
• Experience interpreting global initiatives, translating for local market,
and activating the rollout. Ability to quickly identify obstacles and make
recommendations on how to overcome.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, sales strategy, business development
or program management in a mid-to-large scale hi-tech company.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, varying timelines, and a variety of
inputs from stakeholders
• Ability to translate ideas into actionable deliverables, messages, and
presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate
details of programs, process, and plans to various audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes,
procedures and policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, sales and GTM strategy
experience, and an analytical background.
• Familiarity with renewals products, services and sales strategies.
• Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing and ambiguous
environment.
• Establish ways to measure and track metrics related to adoption of the
service, and to make improvements to the approach based on those measurements
