Position Description: Can you help us manage our Channel platforms & tools? Do you enjoy working in a international team with colleagues & partners across EMEA? As our new Channel Enablement Manager in EMEA you will work closely with the EMEA Channel team and the markets to help digitize the processes in our Channel platforms & tools to ensure we deliver the smartest, most convenient and comprehensive resources and transnational tools to help our partners win with Lenovo. You will also cooperate and guide the markets in the potential reworks. You will report to our Sr Manager based in Norway and will also be a part of our wider EMEA organization. The location of this role is flexible around Western Europe, feel free to apply if you are based in the UKI, Nordics, Benelux, DACH or South countries as well. What is waiting for you in this role? • Be the EMEA Advocate & Champion supporting and coaching our partners and Lenovo Sales reps on the best utilization of our sales platforms (Partner Hub and Bid Platform) • Standardize how the MOST sales tool is rolled out across EMEA, both internally and externally - training delivery, sales enablement, platform expansion & innovation • Create working groups with Sales Managers, 4P & Marketing resources to deliver through MOST, sales-ready promotions and related comms, for use by Lenovo channel sellers & business partners • Setup, run and develop the new process of our Business Development Funds (BDF) program with our top 150 partners (phase 1) and rollout to all eligible EMEA partners (Phase 2) • Integrate BDF planning and payouts processes through our tools (Phase 3) #### Position Requirements: What do we expect from you? • Solid planning, analytical and soft skills, being able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment. • Being a real game-changer, who will proactively identify issues and appropriate escalation paths, with mitigation and strategies for resolution. • Strategic planning and long-term vision while execution on short term plans • Strong communication skills and perseverance to collaborate and influence buy in and support across Lenovo Channel sales team and channel partners. • Project Management capabilities to drive continuous model improvement • Keeping the right balance between Internal and External customers, being the key reference leader for the model, both internally and externally.
