In addition, you are responsible for End to End Management of this process by: o Coordinating regular cross-functional interlocks and tracking project- related actions, driving to closure; \- Tracking of PCR progress \- Sample management \- Track MTM creation \- Track Labelling / customization requirements \- Track Marketing launch plans. \- QD Open tracking \- MTM SS tracking o Proactive issue escalation, providing internal and customer deliverables, including: \- Creation of appropriate dashboards and regular communications \- Management of project milestones, including • Solution Mapping - Understanding the components of the solution to facilitate the creation and implementation of new processes and capabilities as needed to support the customer requirements to: o Engage appropriate internal organizations to build the solution. o Develop business cases to support capability investment and prioritization o Collaborate with Assurance and Capabilities teams as needed • Relationship Management - o Building extended cross-functional team of SMEs, establishing collaboration, cohesion, and agreement throughout the process o Teams with functional SMEs to ensure that each team member’s expertise and progress is being leveraged throughout the project • Continuous Improvement – ensure best practices and lessons learned from past projects are shared and leveraged as applicable You will report to the EMEA Consumer PC Director. #### Position Requirements: We are looking for a candidate with the following skills: • Pioneering skills – willingness to think and execute outside the box, relationship management experience with customers • Leadership skills - can lead a matrix team across multiple regions • Complex project management experience – PMP certification a plus • Excellent English written and oral communication skills • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills • Exceptional organization skills: documentation and attention to detail What We Will Offer You • A multitude of professional and personal opportunities • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forwarding thinking IT companies • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life • An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity • Opportunities within Strong Employer Brand • Attractive compensation package At Lenovo we are proud to be an equal opportunity company.
