Maternity backfill for Mihaela Nikolova

#### Position Requirements:


Be aware that this is a maternity backfill position.

This position requires a motivated and proactive individual who will be
responsible for creating and maintaining product information, marketing
deliverables and sales tools, enabling sales representatives across EMEA to be
more productive and efficient. This person will be forward thinking,
innovative and able to confidently drive visibility and usage of sales
enablement tools and materials across all EMEA countries.

Key areas of responsibility:
• Maintain EMEA-specific product deliverables such as : Call Guides, Fact
Sheets and other product related material to deliver to sales for their usage
with customers
• Interlock with key stakeholders to provide product related information for
inclusion in their end-user marketing deliverables, such as Brochures, Flyers
and Product & Price Guides
• Own and maintain relevant product pages on internal sales portal, keeping
them fresh, accurate and up to date
• Cross-checking of information / proof-reading all related product
information and specifications prior to launch on external catalogues and
websites
• Customization of WW produced product materials to fit EMEA market
• Work with product managers to ensure communication plan of relevant product
information through newsletters, training, and other communication vehicles
• Weekly interlock with WW Launch Team to understand product announcements and
deliverables in plan, and to put forward EMEA requirements
• Interlock with WW Marketing teams to plan and track EMEA product
deliverables

Additional responsibilities:
Once fully onboarded and able to act and advise on your key responsibilities,
you will aid the Sales Support manager with tasks related to:
• Acting as a focal point for escalations, own issue resolution inside but
also outside of the team
• Organizing workload, ensuring proper back up within the team during
vacations and absences
• Coordinating identified tasks until their closure to deliver expected
results
The position is suitable for candidates who want to explore their potential to

Hard Skills:
– Excellent English – must have
– MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) usage - advanced level
– Web design skills (e.g. HTML) – nice to have
– Knowledge of Photoshop / InDesign /other graphic design tools – nice to have
– Ability to work with different Content Management System environments (e.g.
Liferay) – nice to have

Soft Skills:
– Communication skills – daily interaction with various teams across Lenovo
– Ability to work independently – we are looking for senior person who is able
to take decisions, risk taking

Base gross monthly salary from 1500 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part
