Position Description:
You will develop EDU services offering stack based on focus areas:
1.) Developing education stack on mature platforms (Windows, Chrome)
2.) Developing and rationalizing stack on Distance Learning software
(Filewave, Lightspeed, Veative, LanSchool, Absolute, SentinelOne, Google
Creativity apps, others)
Your other responsibilities will be to:
\- Build programmatic bundling and program for GEO implementation
\- Bridge to service delivery teams to map and build delivery and support
capabilities
\- Develop building blocks for sales and solutioning
\- Work with WW Services Product Marketing and enablement teams for
articulation, messaging and sales enablement
\- Evangelist, advocate and subject matter expert for EDU service offering
portfolio
Your Performance Metrics will be:
\- Time to launch by markets
\- Sales articulation and delivery capability
\- Pipeline and revenue for focus offerings
Portfolio Development
\- Work with Worldwide and Market EDU teams the to plan and rationalize EMEA
portfolio roadmap
\- Consolidate and document end-to-end success matrix for each offering stack
(Ability to articulate, consult, sell and deliver)
Go to Market
\- Replicate and launch across EMEA markets from sales and enablement
perspectives
\- Work with EMEA Services Product Marketing team to create or enhance
marketing, sales and demand generation assets
\- Work with EMEA Services Enablement teams to enable EDU sellers and pursuit
support profiles on new offerings
\- Create tools and cheat-sheets for sales articulation and opportunity
solutioning
Opportunity Support
\- Support Solution Architects with solution knowledge and input for
customers, opportunities and SOWs .
\- Provide ongoing guidance to account sales, services sales and solution
architects throughout product / solution lifecycle in purview
You will report to Services Sales Executive Director
#### Position Requirements:
\- Experience in developing and executing new product launch and programs for
Education sector with proven results for 5-7 Years
\- Deep knowledge and passion for education solutions and able to rationalize
productization opportunities in education sector
\- Recognized university degree (Advanced degree preferred but not mandatory)
\- Relevant technical certifications
\- ITIL and other project management certifications
\- Strong planning, organization and influence skills
\- Possesses commercial awareness of trends and markets in focus practice
areas
\- Spoken and written proficiency in additional languages over and on top of
English is an advantage
