We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside Sales Team in Bucharest, as an EMEA Engagement Sales Specialist SUSE  in Infrastructure Solutions Group at Lenovo. You will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the SUSE based solution catalogue of Lenovo products and selling against the competition. These are your detailed responsibilities: • Generate sales within the whole EMEA territory. • Drive key business and technical benefits mapped to the end user requirements from partner deal registrations, qualified opportunities and lead generation lists; cold calling as needed. • Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business. • Maximize coverage within the defined region and penetrates organizations with Lenovo solutions based on SUSE technology. • Provide forecasting and account opportunity as needed. • Drive revenue and contributes to the continued growth of Lenovo through consistently achieving individual and team quotas. • Team up with regional field sales employees within the territory on planning and execution. • Update and maintains the Lenovo CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics). You will report to  EMEA Software Business Development Manager supporting customers in EMEA region . #### Position Requirements: What will you bring: • Proven business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field) • Ability to find approach to different types of persons in order to establish positive and lasting relationships • Proven track record of successful selling as an inside sales representative • Knowledge on virtualization technology • General knowledge across the Server, Storage and Networking portfolio, with competencies in core technologies like software defined solutions • Experience in using consultative sales techniques and able to articulate the technical value proposition to the customer • Good understanding of trends & technologies for x86 and storage solutions • Bachelor’s Degree or higher is an advatage (a combination of education and experience will be considered) • Fluent in English, (German is a huge advantage) What We Will Offer You: • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward thinking IT companies • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life, working from home • An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity • Attractive compensation package We are looking forward to discussing this position with you soon!
