Lenovo is seeking an experienced senior Global Accounts Solutions and Services Sales Director. This Solutions and Services Sales Director will be responsible for leading a EMEA sales organization of experienced solutions and services sellers for Lenovo’s Global Accounts.  This individual will report directly to the world-wide Global Accounts Solutions and Services Leader and is responsible for driving solutions and services sales growth while ensuring Lenovo exceeds customer satisfaction.  This individual will drive revenue and services growth for Lenovo’s Global Accounts in EMEA and worldwide for the accounts with customer headquarters in EMEA.  This individual will partner with colleagues and cross functional teams worldwide.  The successful candidate will have exceptional strength in driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales programs, business management execution, developing c-level relationships and leading a team of senior solution sellers. Your Key Responsibilities are: • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets. • Lead and motivate staff to achieve targets and improve customer service with clients. • Cultivate lasting C level relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty. • Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives. • Align and partner with Geo and WW GA Services and Sales Leaders for weekly BMS and strategic goals • Achieve revenue and profitability objectives for Lenovo while driving growth across multiple product sets • Understand and adapt to Lenovo’s ongoing product and services developments; working WW Services Portfolio organization to ensure Global Accounts has the needed offerings for success • Define framework to manage long term strategy & forecasting by effectively and consistently use Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools to track key sales metrics and consistently meet those metrics • Understand and adapt to Lenovo’s ongoing product and services developments; working WW Services Portfolio organization to ensure Global Accounts has the needed offerings for success #### Position Requirements: • 10+ years of senior services sales and people management experience responsible for Global Fortune 500 Customers •  Strong financial acumen and business management skills • Successful track record selling to C level executives and leading sellers responsible for F500 customers • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. • Strategic mindset and sound business acumen is required, along with effective strategic decision making both internally and externally with customers • Exceptional communication, both oral and written, and polished presentation skills • Solid prioritization skills, attention to detail, commitment to deadlines • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & Microsoft Dynamics • Proven ability to operate with a high level of professionalism, entrepreneurialism and agility • Demonstrated ability to work across all levels of the organization with a teaming attitude • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent experience required You will report to WW General Manager for Global Accounts & System Integrators What Lenovo can offer you: • Opportunities for career development & growth • Opportunity to have impact and bring own added value • Access to various trainings • Performance based rewards Lenovo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
