Job Description

The Global Benefits Design organization is responsible for the strategy and design of innovative and competitive employee benefits, including health, retirement, risk, leaves, and wellness programs.

The candidate selected will be primarily focused on Intel's health and risk benefit design in EMEA which includes programs such as healthcare, life insurance, disability, mental wellness, and more. In addition, this position will provide support for global benefits design projects and programs as needed.

This role will be part of the International Health and Risk benefits design team within Global Benefits Design. Core responsibilities will include working on a global team, designing and evaluating current and future health and risk benefits strategies, balance local legislation, study emerging trends and benchmarking, participate in plan governance, support and drive employee engagement, experience, and communications, and balance and manage program costs.

What you will do at Intel:
? Competitive analysis, costing of plans, market analysis and recommendations, establishing policies and guidelines, strategic scanning of the external environment.
? Be an internal expert, consultant, analyst, and design specialist for health and risk benefits.
? Engage with customers to respond to and support requests or events as they occur.
? Work closely with business partners in HR, Finance, Communications, Legal, and Procurement.
? Regional market intelligence knowledge and network.
? Benefit design program management at country and regional level, including annual cycle deliverables.
? Develop engagement and communication strategies for programs; including development of key messaging and communication material.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
The candidate must possess a BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR discipline or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Advanced MS Excel Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
Experience in cross org collaboration with peers and stakeholders at every level
Knowledge of employee benefits and the desire to provide benefit programs that help our employees achieve their personal best

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with market data and concepts of benchmarking
Project Management certifications are a plus

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
