Job Description
#### Position Description:


The mission of the position is to ensure Lenovo Sales employees are paid
commission accurately and on time based on their performance.

Key Areas of responsibility:
• Liaise with country sales operations, finance and country sales management
• Analyze the I&C data sources (ODS , EBR)
• Deliver analysis on quota and incentive attainment reporting for the sales
teams at regular intervals and as required to gain insight into sales
performance; including quarterly report outs
• Manage and administer sales additional compensation portfolio, including
commissions, Presidents Club, contests, etc.
• Drive development, roll out, adoption, and maintenance of incentive
compensation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility in processing
payments
• Manage and administer incentive comp payout analysis throughout the year,
particularly at month and quarter end
• Support other general sales reporting requirements as needed
• Lead or participate in other projects or duties as assigned

#### Position Requirements:


• Fluent English (oral / written). Clear and concise communication skills
• University or High School education
• Experience in financial or data analysis
• MS Excel advanced level
• MS Access, SQL is an advantage
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• Data analysis and data interpretation skills
• Good communication skills
• Fast learner
• Openness for change and new challenges

Base gross monthly salary from 1600 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part
