Position Description As an OEM Inside Sales Manager for Lenovo, you will manage and lead a department of Inside Sales personnel in selling Lenovo products, services, and solutions to OEM clients through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will champion the innovative power of our products by driving sales with key OEM customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-winning products and will develop strategies to help new and existing OEM customers find and implement the best solutions. In addition, you will build and develop processes to drive OEM client satisfaction, operational efficiency, new OEM account development, repeated sales, product upgrades, problem resolution, sales campaign programs, and business controls to maximize results. This role will cover the EMEA territory and will report to EMEA Director OEM Business. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing OEM customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives. • Develop the sales strategy and set aggressive goals to grow key markets within which we compete. • Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to OEM clients will fulfill their needs. • Demonstrate team building and leadership experience as well as the ability to manage multiple Inside     Sales professionals. • Understand and adapt to Lenovo’s ongoing product and services developments. • Manage and maintain OEM account relationships through senior level engagements. • Ensure that our OEM customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service. • Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long- and short-term goals, objects and quotas are met. #### Position Requirements: •BA/BS degree •Professional work experience within the OEM business • 3-5 years of successful Inside Sales Management is required. • Strong relationship and negotiation skills are required. • Demonstrated track record of top performance with multi-million-dollar quota. • Experience in a quota carrying sales environment is required. • Travel to any or all customer sites when appropriate.
