can do more amazing things. We are actively seeking an enthusiastic, career-
minded professional to join as Manager of our EMEA DCG Inside Sales Team,
based in our Bucharest HQ.
The Inside Sales Manager will manage the DCG EMEA Inside Sales Team,
responsible for Sales Out Revenue generated on the EMEA SMB and Mid Market
segment.
The ideal person should be a qualified Manager to manage our team and provide
effective guidance. Future Manager will be responsible for supervising,
managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
As a Manager, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your
communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act
proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to
achieve goals.
Key responsibilities include:
\- Create an inspiring Team environment with an open communication culture.
\- Define and implement a process flow for prospecting, generating,
qualifying, processing and following up on Mid Market leads.
\- Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound
sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
\- Collaboratively work with the Channel Sales, Marketing Team and develop
lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with Mid Market
customers and business partners.
\- Provide consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.
\- Provide consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead
gen activity reports.
\- Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines.
\- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
\- Motivate team members.
\- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
\- Reach Sales targets and KPIs.
\- Lead by example.
#### Position Requirements:
\- Min 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Manager of an Inside Sales
Team.
\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\- Strong Organizational, Planning and Operational skills.
\- Decision- making skills.
\- High Level of interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills.
\- Must have the ability to penetrate, acquire, and transition opportunities.
\- Desire to grow personally and professionally - a love for learning.
\- General knowledge of the Lenovo Hardware Portfolio (this is not a
requirement but will certainly add points).
\- Computer based program usage (MS Office, Salesforce).
\- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
\- Business Proficiency in English.
