Job Description
#### Position Description:


We are looking for an EMEA Junior Web Platform Support Specialist and in this
role you will:

• Own the Multi stakeholder roadmap to help drive change and prioritize
requirements for improving customer experience and revenue
o Co-ordinate and deploy Lenovo.com website improvements across 15 countries.
o Drive improved onsite customer satisfaction for Lenovo.com and higher
revenue per visitor performance.
• Own key EMEA wide projects, including leading core teams of stakeholders
whilst reporting to leadership including;
o UX Rollouts
o Functionality improvements
o eCommerce Store Rollouts
• Develop a process for submitting new A/B testing and optimization ideas to
the Global Lenovo.com for prioritization.
o Manage the A/B testing process for the region and communicate the test
plans, results during weekly interlock meetings.

#### Position Requirements:


• 3+ years IT ecommerce experience within merchandising
• Knowledge of Adobe Test and Target, Hybris, Analytics, UX
• Ability to multitask and effectively handle multiple requests and projects
• Think outside the box
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong team player and supporter
• High focus on collaboration skills including:
1\. Able to build rapport with stakeholders across all levels of seniority
2\. Ability to deal with multiple direction changes
3\. A hands-on attitude

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1500 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
