This position is available in any Siemens Healthineers location in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa). Your tasks and responsibilities: Reporting to the EMEA Head of Marketing for Laboratory Diagnostics, the EMEA director for the Atellica franchise and Central Lab Solution will have the following responsibilities: 1. Business management You have the responsibility of the overall Immunoassay and Chemistry instrument portfolio across EMEA. You are responsible for achieving EMEA Target for Atellica solution and Central lab solution* revenue, business growth. (* jointly with EMEA Marketing director for Central lab solutions) Monitoring & leading country launch readiness for current & future generation is one of your tasks You interface with country/zone commercial, marketing and business leads from EMEA You drive, track and lead Atellica solution sales funnel development, and ensure business targets are met Being a point of contact for both HeadQuarters & zone organization on Atellica solution and Central Lab solutions commercial topics is one of your main tasks You ensure efficient use and tracking of the CRM tools, and dashboard to ensure meeting EMEA targets You work with marketing teams in HQ & EMEA Marketing to develop sales programs & or campaign if needed to support achieving EMEA business targets You will liaise with Business Area to leverage best practices in the Region and derive successful commercial strategy You actively design and implement programs aiming to streamline the overall Laboratory Diagnostics portfolio for Chemistry and Immunoassay (including end of life) 2. Marketing You will drive new product launch and positioning across all zones in EMEA. You’ll be focusing on new coming development for Atellica solution and you’ll be the voice of EMEA in global launch teams. Working closely with all members of EMEA Marketing team to develop customer proof points & studies is also part of your job Developing a EMEA reference site strategy and coordinate activities You drive the use of market research to identify opportunities and clinical trends, integrate competitive intelligence into marketing planning by assessing competitor portfolios and growth strategies (Shared) You will derive competitive strategies from Global to match the Regional needs. Your qualifications and experience: You hold a degree in Clinical Diagnostics relevant science, an additional education in Business is desirable You already gained at least 5 years of relevant experience in Diagnostics and you have previous experience in managing teams You have knowledge in Product Management and/or Marketing of not less than 3 years and previous experience in product launches You have excellent communication skills in English You demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, excellent teamwork, you are sensitive to cultural diversity and possess excellent organizational skills You show willingness to travel within EMEA (up to 40% travel activities) Proven self-reliance, high motivation and flexibility are also important Our global team: Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company. 66,000 dedicated colleagues in over 70 countries are driven to shape the future of healthcare.
