No matter what team you’re a part of, from marketing to IT, this is the type of place where you can create real impact The Media Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting and developing best in class analytics and reporting capability across EMEA for Lenovo, working in close collaboration with our business partners. The role will be to drive actionable insight and share media intelligence across the regions to a number of key stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to influence and drive Analytics capability across the region. As the Media Data Analyst you will:  Support the on-going development of comprehensive Dashboarding solutions  - with our business partners and other stakeholders - that gather multi-source data for analysis  Data sources include but are not limited to media delivery, media quality, performance, creative, sales, offline, site analytics etc  Dashboarding must be effectively and in real time integrated into all primary data sources, e.g. Ad Server, Ad Verification etc  The analyst will use Dashboarding to identify further insight that can be actioned by our business partners, in relation to media, data and creative performance and ensure this is clearly communicated to all stakeholders  Explore and support the development of  how AI and automation can be used to ‘export’ output directly into our media buying ecosystem  Track and monitor execution of Paid Media Activity, including Partner delivery  Assess whether Communication strategies and executions creates consistent and unified communication journeys’ across both on and offline media, and between paid and Lenovo owned channels  In collaboration with Business Partners, identify Media and Data providers that deliver exceptional performance and communicate to relevant stakeholders  Develop a deep insight into our Consumer Segments and ensure any additional insight developed in the execution of media is shared with Media, Marketing and Product development teams #### Position Requirements: Essential skills and experience :  At least 3 years relevant working experience, across Advertiser, Agency, Technology supplier or Publishers  Experience working with or for a multi-market advertiser desirable  Deep understanding of principles and tools of Analytics and reporting (e.g. Dashboarding, MMM etc)  Hands on experience of systems such as Datorama, Microsoft BI etc  Experience of working with and mining ‘big data’ in a paid media context  Strong ability to communicate complex themes clearly and effectively Essential attributes :  Deep routed Analytics mentality: Highly organised and inquisitive about our customers, and passionate about Media  Can work under ‘structured’ or highly ‘agile’ conditions  Strong commitment and attitude  Comfortable in front of stakeholders; articulate and can influence effectively  Self-motivated and very pro-active  Energetic - “can do” attitude  Highly developed Presentation and communication skills  Work well under pressure and would look to problem solve What Lenovo can offer you:  An exciting job with great opportunities for success  A good potential to grow both professionally and personally  You will be a part of the Number 1 PC vendor in the world.  Very nice and stimulating office environment  Performance based rewards  Flexibility and working from home Lenovo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
