The Media Governance Support specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing ‘best in class’ Operational support in EMEA for Lenovo, in collaboration with our business partners. The role will include a particular focus on our Alliances with key partners and supporting the collation and management of co-funded media campaigns reporting and proof of delivery and execution. Being a part of EMEA Marketing Team, this role is intrinsic to our business and presents a great opportunity for the successful candidate to establish and implement control of this important operational area. As The Media Governance Specialist you will: • Act as Key coordination point between EMEA Operations and Media teams, Marketing, and Business Partners, regarding budgeting, campaign timelines and creative assets delivery • Liaise and coordinate with Media Strategist and business partners on plan submissions to EMEA Operations • Support EMEA ops, marketing and business partners in the allocation and management of rollover or newly available Budget • Work with business partners to ensure correct and accurate allocation of PR / PO numbers • Operate finance, creative approval and reporting systems • Manage business partners in their delivery of ongoing tasks regarding compliance  with Alliance partners requirements • Support in the collation of proof of execution documentation including inventory delivery reports and creatives that were utilized; delivering back to EMEA Operations #### Position Requirements: Essential skills and experience : • At least 3 years relevant working experience at an advertiser or agency • Experience working with or for a multi-market advertiser desirable, including where budget is co-funded with third party Partners • Track record of delivering best in class operations • Experienced user of finance and reporting systems • Experience of creative approval and work-flow tools advantageous Essential attributes : • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Can work under ‘structured’ and highly ‘agile’ conditions • Strong commitment and attitude • Comfortable in front of stakeholders; articulate and can influence effectively. • Self-motivated and very pro-active • Energetic and commercial “can do” attitude • Developed presentation and communication skills; able to explain complex matters clearly • Work well under pressure and would look to problem solve What Lenovo can offer you: • An exciting job with great opportunities for success • A good potential to grow both professionally and personally • You will be a part of the Number 1 PC vendor in the world. • Very nice and stimulating office environment • Performance based rewards • Flexibility and working from home Lenovo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
