Position Description: The role could be located in other different EMEA Countries. The Programmatic Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing ‘best in class’ Programmatic Media operations deployed across EMEA for Lenovo, in collaboration with our business partners. In collaboration with the Senior Media Products Manager and our business partners, the role will be to identify key Programmatic technology, media and data requirements and drive executional excellence across all Programmatic media. It will also include the development of a Hybrid/In-housed model for Programmatic in two selected markets. This newly created role is intrinsic to our business and presents a great opportunity for the successful candidate to influence and drive Programmatic excellence across the region. As The Programmatic Specialist you will:  Support and develop ‘day to day’ operations with Programmatic business partners to ensure smooth and effective delivery  Critically assess and provide effective oversight of performance and best practice by business partners in campaign operations  This includes a specific focus on monitoring and preventing Ad Misplacement (Fraud, Brand safety, low viewability) and ensuring full media and data supply transparency  Work closely with analysts and business partners, to identify top performing inventory sources (SSP, publishers etc) and see how access to these can be enhanced and packaged (e.g. Tech Enthusiasts PMPs etc)  Provide Programmatic ‘technical’ expertise to Partners and other stakeholders, including Deal ID creation, Programmatic Direct Deals, trouble shooting, naming conventions, bid pricing strategies, advanced buying tactics etc.  Issue best practice guidance to stakeholders regarding Programmatic, including training and Playbooks  Assess Lenovo data requirements in relation to the execution of Programmatic Media, including first and third party data  Support Senior Media Products Manager and Business Partners to secure data partnerships, to augment this capability as needed  Monitor audience segment (targeting) creation and volumes  Close collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure integration between digital channels across brand and performance  Effectively communicate Media Product solutions to relevant stakeholders and monitor usage and performance  Identify with our business partners emerging Programmatic trends and shifts in media consumption and assess how this impacts our Programmatic offering #### Position Requirements: Essential skills and experience :  At least 3 years relevant working experience in Programmatic, such as Tech Supplier, Publisher, Agency Trading Desk etc  Experience working with or for a multi-market advertiser desirable  Hands on experience in campaign set up within Programmatic Buying systems (DSP, Ad Verification, DMP, DCO etc)  Extensive knowledge of SSP workings and SPO  Certification/ training on relevant platforms (e.g. TTD, DV360)  Experience in emerging Programmatic channels (TV, Audio, OOH) an advantage  Strong ability to develop and implement effective Programmatic solutions, e.g. curated inventory pools comprising white lists/PMP  Network of contacts with key SSPs, Publishers, Data vendors and Technology Platforms an advantage Essential attributes :  Passion for Media, and Programmatic Trading  Can work under ‘structured’ and highly ‘agile’ conditions  Strong commitment and attitude  Comfortable in front of stakeholders; articulate and can influence effectively.  Self-motivated and very pro-active  Energetic and commercial “can do” attitude  Developed presentation and communication skills; able to explain complex matters clearly  Work well under pressure and would look to problem solve We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
