About the role The  Media Product Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing best in class media products across the EMEA region for Lenovo, working in close collaboration with our business partners. The role will be to assess key technological, media and data requirements and work with best in class providers and our business partners to develop and productize these across the EMEA region. This newly created role is intrinsic to our business and presents a great opportunity for the successful candidate to influence and drive Media Product development across the regions. As the Media Product Manager you will • Identify Ad Tech requirements needed to execute effectively our media activities, including GAP analysis. • Source and select key technological vendors - working in collaboration with internal stakeholders and business partners - to ensure our specific needs are met and all technologies are fully integrated. Examples include Ad Server, DSP, DCO etc • Issue best practice guidance regarding the use of Technology, including training and Playbooks, to key stakeholders • Assess Lenovo data requirements, including first, second and third party data and how segments are created and executed. • Create data partnerships with external providers as required, to augment this capability • Ensure all data initiatives are compliant with data regulations such as GDPR (in collaboration with Data Protection Team) and that Lenovo data cannot be accessed by third parties without our permission • Develop effective relationships with key regional Publishers and ensure all opportunities are shared and made actionable across our marketing and media community • Working closely with Business partners, identify top performing inventory sources (SSP, publishers etc.) and see how access to these can be enhanced and packaged (eg Tech Enthusiasts) • Proactively manage Partners, ensuring our on-going needs are met and included in their product development roadmaps • Effectively communicate Media Product solutions to relevant stakeholders and monitor usage • Identify emerging technological trends and shifts in media consumption and assess how this impacts our Media Product portfolio • Provide thought leadership to key stakeholders on the future of Ad and Mar Technology #### Position Requirements: Essential skills and experience • At least 5 years relevant working experience, such as Tech Supplier, Publisher, Agency Trading Desk etc. • Experience working with or for a multi-market advertiser desirable • Hands on experience in campaign set up within Ad Tech systems • Partner selection including managing RFI/RFPs • Strong ability to develop and implement effective Ad Tech products • Network of contacts with key SSPs, Publishers, Data vendors and Technology Platforms an advantage Essential attributes • Passion for Media Technology • Can work under ‘structured’ and highly ‘agile’ conditions • Strong commitment and attitude • Comfortable in front of stakeholders; articulate and can influence effectively. • Self-motivated and very pro-active • Developed presentation and communication skills; able to explain complex matters clearly • Work well under pressure and would look to problem solve What We Will Offer You • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forwarding thinking IT companies • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life, working from home • An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity • Attractive compensation package We are looking forward to discussing this position with you soon!
