Position Description: 1\. Customer order fulfillment that covers each link from order entry to delivery, communicate with internal customers on order status and ETA status etc. 2\. Exploit all approaches to maximize shipment and assist region to achieve CA target a) Interlock with region on order load plan and pre assess supply and prepare for capacity etc. b) Order change and proactive backlog management 3\. Leverage manufacture, planning and logistic efforts to meet the service level target or customer requirements esp. for big deals or urgent orders 4\. Drive for aging Inventory consumption to meet write-off and aged FGI target 5\. Lead process optimization projects to enhance process efficiency, reduce leadtime etc. 6\.
