#### Position Description:


We are looking for an owner of parts quality processes for EMEA services
organization. Acting as lead in parts quality process development and
execution. Main duties & responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a quality inspection program to ensure conformity of
purchased material and services to quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement processes and promote a culture of continuous
improvement.
• Provide leadership to all departments in the development and implementation
of corrective action plans for nonconforming components.
• Take the lead for the Operational Excellence Performance Program of
suppliers and vendors
• Monitor, review and drive supplier quality performance, take the lead in
long term structural quality improvement program
• Carry out analysis of quality issues and drive technical solutions needed
during material availability escalations

#### Position Requirements:


Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and
disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and
accuracy
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proficient project management skills to manage projects with suppliers and
internal stakeholders.
• Fluent business English skills both written and verbal
Experience:
• Min 3 years of quality / lean / six sigma experience in consumer electronics
/ hi tech industry
• Experience in leading quality improvement projects across the supply chain
• Six sigma certification is a plus

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2100 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part
