Position Description: As EMEA SSG Market and Competitive Strategist you will be responsible for conducting competitive research on behalf of the EMEA Services sales business units. You will identify important trends, and propose strategies for the business units to respond, as well as monitor the activities of competitors and proactively report on important developments in the EMEA and worldwide markets. You will be an expert on competitive landscape in area of the PC Services, such as warranty upgrades and extensions, managed services, configuration and customization services, lifecycle services and an advisor to the senior leadership team and the product management team.
