As EMEA Sales Leader you will manage global accounts business as well as a
team of local Account Managers.
And what else will you do ?
• Concentrate on managing the international team of Global Account Managers to
establish short- and long-term account development plans for the designated
global accounts with a particular focus on further the range of new product-
offerings that the company now offers in the enterprise space
• Focus and encourage/facilitate the development and enhancement of a solution
oriented sales approach
•Present the strengths of Lenovo’s product portfolio and explaining/maximizing
the value of that product offering to the customer
• Take a real ownership of achieving both team and individual account targets
and adds value to account management approaches/strategies to enable success
• Demonstrate a high level capacity for teamwork and manage the close
collaboration with internal Lenovo functions, especially within the Global
Account community as well as with Business Partners and System Integrators.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills and have the ability to
build strong customer relationships, especially at CXO levels within client
organizations
• Coach, mentor and help to develop the professional skill-base of all team
members and encourage a co-operative and successful working environment
You will report to EMEA Global Account Director working with our most
important customers. On top of that, you will participate in weekly
collaborative planning calls and meetings on EMEA and on global level.
#### Position Requirements:
What you’ll bring:
• Sales management experience, ideally in the global accounts management arena
within a global IT solution provider
• Experience in dealing with C level executives both internally and externally
• Experience in selling enterprise products (servers and storage) and strong
sales/sales management background
• Leadership, motivational and people management skills
• Track record of sales achievements
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
