The EMEA Sales Leader will manage global accounts business as well as a team
of local Account Managers.

And what else ?

• Concentrates on managing the team to establish short- and long-term account
development plans for the designated global accounts with a particular
emphasis on exploiting further the range of new product-offerings that the
company now offers in the enterprise space
• Focuses on and encourages/facilitates the development and enhancement of a
solution oriented sales approach that can be adopted by, and customized for,
the specific need of each individual account. Is able to add gravitas in
client situations and present on various topics, including the strengths of
Lenovo’s product portfolio and explaining/maximizing the value of that product
offering to the customer
• Has an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate,
mentoring, and approachable. Takes real ownership of achieving both team and
individual account targets and adds value to account management
approaches/strategies to enable success
• Demonstrate a high level capacity for teamwork and manages the close
collaboration with internal Lenovo functions, especially within the Global
Account community as well as with Business Partners and System Integrators.
• Will possess strong communication and presentation skills and have the
ability to build strong customer relationships, especially at CXO levels
within client organizations
• Will coach, mentor and help develop the professional skill-base of
individual team members and encourage a co-operative and successful working
environment

#### Position Requirements:


• Sales management experience required, ideally in the global accounts
management arena within a global IT solution provider.
• Experience in dealing with C level executives both internally and externally
• Experience in selling enterprise products (servers and storage) and strong
sales/sales management background
• Leadership, motivational and people management skills.
• Track record of sales  achievements
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
