#### Position Description:


Lenovo Data Centre Group (DCG) Services are fundamental to the overall success
and business model of DCG, providing critical services to our customers. We
provide a range of part number and contract based Service offerings for
amongst others, hardware warranty upsell, software support, Premier Services,
post-warranty and Professional Services.    An opportunity has arisen to drive
this success in EMEA as an EMEA Senior Product Marketing Manager, DCG. You
will own all aspects of Service Offerings in EMEA including bringing new
Launching new Service Offerings, Services Marketing, performing Launch
Readiness Activity, Sales Enablement and SME Ownership through the Service
Offering’s Lifecycle.

In addition, the successful candidate will also specialize in all DCG Services
Offering Marketing activity in MEA and other allocated regions. Working
closely with the territory hardware marketing teams you will ensure that the
key services messages are included in hardware marketing communication and are
represented in events, product launches and collateral.   You will also be the
prime contact for Service Offering queries from the regions.
The successful candidate will work in close coordination with our regional and
global sales and delivery teams on activities related to:
• Own and Manage elements of the Services Portfolio in EMEA
• Understand performance, competition, pricing and offering gaps for Services
• Detailed Analysis and Understanding of Offering Performance Data
• Responsibility for marketing input into EMEA services pricing (PFV)
•Driving Revenue Growth for Service Offerings
• Building close relationships with the Services and Hardware Sales teams in
MEA and other territories.
• Interlock with other members of EMEA and Global DCG Services team to ensure
strategic directions and plans are aligned with business requirements
• Input into Marketing Plans
• Interlock with HW and Services teams on their future platforms plans and
direction at strategic level
• Create and Deliver Channel and Seller (both Hardware and Services) Offering
Enablement Material
• Own EMEA Marketing Launches and Refreshes for Services
• Attend and Contribute to Platform Offering Development meetings
• Create Business Cases for Offering Portfolio Planning
• Input to Global Plans
• Handle inquiries from Sales Teams and BP related to these offerings

#### Position Requirements:


• University degree. Marketing, Sales or business management with IT
experience is preferred.
• High Level understanding of Server hardware platforms and environments such
as SAP HANA, HPC, Storage and SDI.
• Familiarity with customers, sales requirements and services solutions in
complex technical environments is a strong benefit in the role
• Experience working in a multicultural, multinational environment (5 years)
preferred
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English language. Other
European  languages are a strong advantage.
• Experience of creating and delivering channel, sales and internal
communication and collateral
• Demonstrable  understanding of the IT HW and services business (5+ years’
experience in business related activities e.g. product management, marketing
competitive research, offering communications, sales support, services
delivery readiness, etc)
• Able to work flexible hours
• The role will require some travel to both Lenovo and Customer Locations
across EMEA

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2100 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
