EMEA Services Sales Operations Specialist for Small/Medium Business, Channel and Consumer Markets

#### Position Description:
This position is an outstanding opportunity for motivated individual with
solid business operations and reporting skills.
The primary objective of the SMB/Channel/Consumer Operations Specialist is to
manage reporting meeting requirements of Services Sales org.
Key responsibilities:
• Development of ad-hoc reports, as well as processing regular reports
• Develop sales plans and go to market plans to support different customer
segments
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends/patterns in complex data sets
• Based on the user requirements, design and maintain the data and develop the
report and visualization in PowerPoint
• Act as focal point for Market Ops teams
• Provide timely and responsive replies to all communications.
• Identification of process improvement opportunities
#### Position Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze
significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy
• Good communication skills (presenting over the phone, taking requirements,
data tracking, having discussion with people abroad)
• Able to speak and write at professional English language level
• Excellent MS Office skills:
\- PowerPoint
\- Excel (ideally also VBA & Macros)
\- DB: SQL server
Minimum base salary starts from 1520 EUR, the final offer depends on
experience and variable part
