As a part of Lenovo’s EMEA Smart Collaboration Business team you will be responsible for driving Workplace Transformation opportunities in all segments and markets. The team has responsibility for selling solutions from our entire Workplace Transformation portfolio in various territories. You will help drive revenue and profit to position our company for continued growth and success. You will understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-winning Workplace Transformation solutions and develop strategies to help customers find and implement the best solutions. In detail, you will: • Support countries creating a sustainable quarterly business plan in line with Company targets considering the different aspects such as channel/product portfolio mix as well seasonal promotion activities / campaigns • Ensure execution of the plans in close collaboration with Smart Collaboration Lead and local country management • Work with demand planning and regional Product Management to ensure hitting market share objectives, driving demand on available platforms and ensuring demand is not building on inventory issues • Evaluate extra business opportunities/special global account deals and work grant support when/where needed out of available quarterly budget • Propose choice points to maximize P&L KPI achievement on Revenue, inventory, and WOI and aged devices Your key objective will be to ensure the right market/segment focus to drive a leading position in the respective countries via analytical and systematic approach. You will report to Head of Smart Collaboration EMEA and collaborate with the country commercial teams.
