You will need to have the entrepreneurial and collaborative skills to evangelize our solution  offerings within Lenovo and to customers, partners and across multiple markets. You will have initially a small team and together you will identify & develop key opportunities in our key strategic accounts. You will define sales and go-to-market strategies create sustainable quarterly business plans and collateral materials. More broadly, you will guide our sellers and business leaders on execution strategies against milestones considering the different aspects of the Marketing Mix such as Channel Strategy and Product Positioning mix as well as seasonal promotion activities / campaigns. Organization You will report to the EMEA leader of our Enterprise Business. Work location is flexible within the EMEA region with a preferred location of candidates in the UK, Germany, France and Denmark. What actions and challenges await you? • People management & team leadership for B2B solutions selling in key target markets across EMEA • Develop & maintain a clear strategy for target routes to market and ensuring this is aligned with key stakeholders at all levels. • Represent company in key initiatives and develop relationships with relevant partners and system integrators and ensure that Lenovo is the Vendor of choice • Develop and track objectives and KPIs to measure the team performance • Liaising regularly with a number of internal stakeholders including sales staff, services and operations team members • Support sellers in strategic solutions accounts. KPIs \- Meeting Sales targets relating solutions \- Provide accurate weekly business metrics, demand, forecast \- Working with other teams to build trackable and measurable go to market programs and initiatives. #### Position Requirements: \- 10+ years of sales leadership experience working in or with technology leaders/senior decision makers in solving technology challenges and influencing decisions on client, server, services decisions \- Have a good working knowledge of the entire Lenovo portfolio, competitive solutions, and how they relate to customer’s requirements \- Demonstrable success in creating and growing new businesses and in establishing credibility with the most senior decision makers and influencers in IT \- High proficiency in executive level communication and the ability to deliver high impact short duration work packages along with building and motivating team members \- Leadership skills with ability to inspire others to achieve a common objective \- Superior organizational skills and time management abilities \- High levels of business and financial acumen and the ability to apply critical thinking in identifying value propositions for clients. \- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify and explain complex problems \- Excellent execution skill and assertiveness to follow through on behalf of customer across Lenovo departments What We Will Offer You: • A multitude of professional and personal opportunities. • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forwarding thinking IT companies. • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes. • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life. • An international team with a high focus on Diversity.
