We are now looking for an EMEA Technical Account Manager for Connected
Devices, and in this role you will be responsible for :
• Understanding operators’ technical requirements liaising with R&D to
accomplish customers’ certification processes
• Performing technical reviews and share knowledge to proactively identify and
prevent issues
• Performing initial or secondary investigations helping service and PR to
respond end-users’ requests
• Providing excellent customer support for clients regarding all Connected
Devices (Tablets, PCs and Phones)
• Managing customer cases and maintain clear and concise case documentation
• Serving as the customer's advocate within Lenovo
• Traveling as necessary to meet customers all over EMEA

#### Position Requirements:
• Have 5+ years of experience in a sales position preferably in the technology
hardware industry
• Have experience in selling smartphones to operators
• Ability to manage and grow existing Telco customer relationships by
delivering proactive, relationship-based support
• Practical experience with a variety of hardware vendors, gaming environments
or relevant infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal and written working knowledge of English
