Position Description:
Driving process alignment and simplification, ensuring process compliance,
identifying processes with operational performance and driving cost saving
initiatives

Full ownership of E2E cost analytics for EMEA including forecast and budget
process
-        Being responsible for building the budget
-        Ensuring correct forecasting process
-        Understanding the actual cost and being able to spot abnormal variations.
Understanding  all service delivery processes across EMEA,  including
exception and understanding system set ups.
Driving process alignment and simplification, ensuring process compliance and
driving cost saving initiatives. Being involved in implementation of all new
processes, partners, system change requests and validate the impact on the
business.

Demonstrates consultative skills in the delivery of recommendations,
articulation of risks, and risk mitigation. Makes these recommendations based
on data-driven analysis to optimize the success of Lenovo’s business.

Base gross monthly salary from 2100 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part

Position Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and
disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and
accuracy
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Database skills advantage: MS Access, SQL, MS SQL, Brio (Hyperion)
• Understanding and or working knowledge of relational databases
• Familiarity with statistical modelling
• Communication Skills (presenting over the phone, taking requirements, having
discussions with people abroad)
• Business level English skills both written and verbal
• Must be able to work independently without close supervision
• Be able to work under pressure
• Very good organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking
• Ability to work in a team environment, show enthusiasm to change and adapt
accordingly
