#### Position Description:

can do more amazing things. We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and
well-organized Inside Sales Quality Coach to join our growing EMEA eCommerce
Team in Barcelona.

The Inside Sales Quality Coach will support the Inside Sales Manager and
Supervisor in coaching a department of Inside Sales Representatives and SMB
Account Manager for EMEA in selling Lenovo products, services, solutions to
end customer and SMB customer (LenovoPRO) through inbound and outbound phone
calls and chats.

You will monitor, control and evaluate the quality of customer chats and phone
calls of the Inside Sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations and
sales quotas by selling our PSCD portfolio and the benefits of the full Lenovo
product catalog against the competition.

Responsibilities include:

Be a leader in building and developing processes driving client satisfaction,
operational efficiency, new account development, repeat sales, product
upgrades, problem resolution, sales campaign programs, and business controls
to maximize results. You will play a key role in coaching a team of Inside
Sales Representatives within Lenovo company as well as outside the company via
external vendor. The EMEA eCommerce Inside Sales Quality Coach will manage all
aspects of complex sales and drive the Inside Sales Representatives to close
whilst exceeding customer expectations. The successful candidate will have
demonstrated team building, leadership experience and proven outstanding sales
results.

#### Position Requirements:


• BS or BA degree; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years previous sales team leadership and/or quality coaching required
• 5-7 years of sales experience, inside sales and IT sales experience
preferred
• Multilingual, excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration
skills

Position Competencies/Preferred Skills:

• Coordination of internal quality coaching sessions, sales training,
development and performance management of Inside Sales team
• Handling customer complaints, inquiries and issues within the sales
department for smooth functioning
• Capability to effectively manage time, multitask, prioritize tasks and work
within deadlines with little supervision
• Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify
sources, conduct analysis, identify key insights and recommend actions
• Can provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive
customer experience
