The EMEA Gaming segment Leader is responsible to drive all ecommerce
activities to attain Gaming segment targets in EMEA and will be reporting to
EMEA eCommerce Segment Leader.
Main missions to ensure the topline revenue are to:
\- Develop campaigns in partnership with the EMEA Campaigns manager and
tiers/markets OSMs.
\- Plan campaigns execution to fit tiers needs with a constant focus to
streamline processes and mutualize efforts throughout the EMEA region.
\- Interlock with the EMEA Demand Generation team to secure traffic.
\- Analyze, monitor and enhance the merchandising and UX in the different
touchpoints to deliver a best-in-class service.
\- Propose development of additional features functionalities for the store.
\- Work with the community's leader to nurture customers database.
\- Leverage worldwide initiatives and benefit from local marketing ones.
The successful candidates will hold the campaigns planning and execution for
the EMEA Gaming segment in the relevant markets (Tier 1). Those campaigns will
be adapted and cascaded down in Rest or EMEA countries (Tier 2) by market
OSMs. Offers will remain solely the responsibility of OSMs.
(S)He will interlock with:
\- Campaign leader in EMEA to define the campaigns planning for Tier 1
countries in interlocks with markets OSMs (offering and timing finetuning).
\- EMEA Ecommerce Students segment leader to develop cross-sell activities.
\- Demand Generation team to ensure the necessary budget is in place to
guarantee campaigns success.
\- Telesales team to drive inbound calls and push the gaming sales.
\- 4P for insights on supply constraints and surplus.
\- Community’s leader to nurture customers database.
\- Hub to ensure the go-to-market and the clean execution of campaigns with
the help of OSMs and the EMEA Campaigns Manager.
\- Content team to leverage Gaming content developed in other markets/regions.
\- EMEA and local marketing teams to leverage local Gaming campaigns
initiatives.
\- EMEA Segments Project manager and WW Segments team to develop additional
functionalities.
\- WW Gaming team to leverage WW initiatives and markets/EMEA marketing teams
to benefit from local ones.
\- Analytics team to constantly check impact of campaigns in order to finetune
traffic, conversion and AOV.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Gaming campaign creation and management in conjunction with the EMEA Campaigns
manager
\- Gaming key periods campaigns creation (with a focus on Back To School,
online gaming events,…), management and execution follow-up (interlock with
OSMs for offerings, EMEA Campaigns manager for the end-to-end implementation,
DG for marketing budget, Hub for execution, 4P to check supply and surplus)
for Tier 1 countries. Tier 2 campaigns are cascaded down from Tier 1 plan.
\- “2 ways communication”: offers proposed by market OSMs to create ad-hoc
campaigns to help OSMs to reach targets.
Gaming sales development and key products launches on relevant platforms
\- Develop current gaming sales by leveraging WW and EMEA activities in
relation with the relevant WW and EMEA teams (WW segments, EMEA marketing and
WW content).
\- Launch new products by interlocking with OSMs, Content, EMEA and WW
Marketing teams.
\- Telesales interlock to develop gaming sales among markets.
\- Develop loyalty programs and the gaming platform with WW and EMEA
initiatives eventually.
#### Position Requirements:
\- English, fluent
\- Strong ecommerce experience. 5 years+ at least
\- At ease with WW but also local interlocks
\- Willing to unleash the full potential of Gaming online sales by thinking
strategically and to drive substantial growth overall by executing
accordingly.
