Job Description
#### Position Description:


Maternity backfill contract.

Support Services BMS, identify process gaps in Services and drive process
changes/improvements across EMEA.

• Support BMS for Services EMEA
•  Support EMEA BMS
• Track statuses of projects/initiatives in progress, support the project
teams with cost saving calculations
• Carry out administrative duties by consolidating data and preparing EMEA
overview
• Project management for chosen initiatives/projects
• Identify process gaps in Services Operation processes and drive process
improvements across EMEA
• Maintain/update the official EMEA Ops documentation/processes
• Create monthly newsletter for EMEA Service providers
• Internal compliance coordinator – maintain all process documentation for
services operations team, act as point of contact in case of internal audits
• Works cross functions and territories to ensure E2E team and process
alignments
• Coordinate/Drive clean order activities with Digital Transformation and
Service delivery teams
• Organize project workshops or other conferences

#### Position Requirements:


• Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in a customer support role
• Operations or Project management experience is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills (English)
• Ability to solve problems independently or driver the resolution
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Pay attention to detail

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1500 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part
