Job Description

Role and responsibility:

1) Work closely with global PT and GMLs (Global Marketing Leads) and provide advises/insights on key important questions(KIQs) related to strategic decisions alongside asset development and commercialization process based on in-depth understanding of China oncology market

2) Build business case or China forecast assumptions in collaboration with global BAI team for early oncology assets in launch roadmap

3) Shape holistic view & alignment of EOP prioritization result within China team

4) Build/update standardized framework to evaluate oncology market potential and strategic segmentation for oncology assets in China

5) Work closely with cross functional NPDLs (Medical/VAP/RA) for China strategy and development of China FAST prioritized assets, ultimately to accelerate China launch chart 

6) Collaborate and partner with global CI/project teams for resource leverage and extensive info/practice sharing

7) OL/HCPs visit and engagement for information/insight collection

8) Conduct local market research (global initiated or local) for market understanding, disease SoC and competition landscape etc to support portfolio/asset commercialization strategy in China

Skills:

1） Disease area knowledge in oncology (solid tumor or hematology)

2） Fluent English speaker

3） Modelling and Forecasting

4） Experience in project management/market research

5） Cross-functional/cross-cultural communication
