EPC Sales Manager

Job Description
Missions and responsibilities :
1. Responsible for series of valuable customer accounts and maintain relationships with these account(s) mainly focus on transportation market, partially focus on security and SMART city market.
2. Understand the related market and business initiatives of the customer(s) and identify their view of value.
3. Responsible for exploring, defining and tracking the opportunities with key account(s), create and implement account business plans and opportunity strategies.
4. Achieve good quality order intake through customer advocacy and excellence of offering. Deliver sales quota for the current year and grow pipeline for at least 5 years.
5. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirement (Please detail experience and competences and rate between 1 to 3 ( basic : 1, master : 2, expertise):

- Transportation Industry background (more than 8years) 2
- Good communication and relationship building skills 3
- Commercial awareness and numeracy to create and
analyses reports and understand margins 3
- Team player and Transparency 2
- Fluent Mandarin and English 2
