Join our program team (EPCOT - equipment planning and coordination team) who coordinates and plans/enables the building of one of the world's cutting edge semiconductor manufacturing factories here at Intel Leixlip .The scope of our work includes but is not limited to Integrating / supporting and driving completion of Facility construction, Install and Qualification of Fab to support manufacturing capacity. We are looking for world-class diverse technical talent to join our team. This role is for a Schedule Planner/developer to support the program, enabling a fast-paced Install ramp. The role will provide training and mentorship with the existing schedule team, construction integration team and will require the successful candidate to develop a strong overall understanding of the design, engineering procurement and construction management /Qual phases associated with delivering this project. In addition, it is desirable that the scheduler understands both the facilities construction and equipment install process. The position reports to the EPCOT Manager. Responsibilities: Manage schedule controls for Intel construction project - support EPCOT Core team and functional area coordinators (ACs) in generating modelling schedules, identifying schedule improvements and issues. Define and analyse Project critical path(s) across all schedules - engage with Construction schedules to track and support resolution identification of issues. Organize, prepare and facilitate interactive planning and schedule review sessions with project team and key stakeholders. Maintain overall milestone program/project schedule including supporting metric generation and tracking. Provides analysis on schedule information, e.g. PAS Indicators, negative float and look-ahead reports. Validate Contractor approaches to measurement and reporting of progress against schedule and validate schedule alignment. Consolidate progress reports for Intel senior management review, including preparation of appropriate project schedule indicators .Provides modelling support to Projects as needed. Proactive troubleshooting of schedule issues and gaps. Working issues with stakeholders. Supports negative float resolution. Develop method /reports to show changes/impacts from week to week at Program level. Support weekly meetings with stakeholders to review and disposition discrepancies/gaps.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have a 4 year degree/diploma program in an relevant Science or Engineering discipline which would include but not exclusively; Physics, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Eng, Electronic Eng, Electrical Eng , Mechanical Eng, etc). This qualification should be at minimum of Level 8 in the NFQ (National Framework of Qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Semi-Conductor Industry experience would be beneficial for the role or from an industrial, pharma, or manufacturing background

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
