Job Responsibilities are covering one main platform project and potential future customer projects for Autonomous Driving Systems:
• Project Management:
a) support the Project Manager/ Software Component Manager regarding the planning of different work packages and milestones by defining and approving a Project
Quality Plan
b) Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP): support the team for the moderation of different Quality Gates for System and SW and the release of samples
c) Risk Management: support the team to identify/ calculate and record the risk of an already known problem /defect in a right and understandable way for the
management
d) Lessons Learned: Get in contact with other divisions and plants worldwide in order to learn from their experience or failures
e) Launch Management: support to ensure that the Bosch Launch as well as Customer Launch at the production line/ Flash over the air is prepared well
f) Problem Solving: support the team as 8D coach to identify the right root cause and define effective measures in a structured way
g) Independent Quality Reporting: perform an independent Reporting summarizing the Q status and deviations to TOP management and achieve released decision
requests.
h) Perform training including Quality Assurance process& methods to engineering team and proactively coach them for processes and potential relese scenenarios
 

- Engineering /electronics background is required;
- Be familar with APQP;
- Be familiar with V-model
- Be familiar with risk management;
- SW quality know-how, ASPICE is preferring;
- Be familiar with FMEA and function safety is a plus;
- Auto/SW industry area is a plus
