• Responsibility for daily system support of the SAP Finance and Controlling modules in Emerson Marine.




• General SAP support and maintenance, outside Finance and Controlling as well




• Project participation (e.g. SAP, Business Intelligence)




• Backup for European and Korean Site support




• Define and develop of SAP Finance technical documentation, user guidelines and do basic trainings for users




• Transformation of functional requirements into technical process design for the Finance and Logistic in order to propose solutions that meet the requirements with the best fit to SAP standards

  
  

  Key qualifications (minimum requirements):

  
  

  Education:

  Master or Bachelor ’s degree from Accounting / Finance related education

  
  

  Experience:

  At least 3 years of relevant SAP experience with strong knowledge within the areas of SAP FI and CO areas

  Deep understanding of the finance business process

  Knowledge to the total business flow in SAP

  Experience with ECC 6.0 or above

  Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  A Team player with strong inter-personal and good communication skill, capable to work in the international working environment

• Responsible for all master data within SAP Finance and Controlling

• Ensure new Finance setup meets SAP standard requirements

• Daily Support for Finance users

2. General SAP support and maintenance, outside Finance and Controlling as well

• SAP maintenance within all other areas of SAP

3. Project participation (e.g. SAP, Business Intelligence)

• SAP Projects: business analysis and solutions, system configuration and testing

• Other SAP related project technical support

• Corporate with external consultant

4. Backup for European and Korean Site support

• Backup support for European site during Western public holidays or vacations

5. Define and develop of SAP Finance technical documentation, user guidelines and do basic trainings for users

• Prepare and file technical documentation for new functionality and modifications.

• Prepare user guidelines for new functionality or as needed by the business

• Do Basic Trainings for common users

• Cross Training for SAP members of finance and controlling

6. Transformation of functional requirements into technical process design for the Finance and Logistic in order to propose solutions that meet the requirements with the best fit to SAP standards

• Learn and understand business requirements

• Prepare process flowcharts for business requirements
