Job Description:

1. Help to do business survey and needs analysis for our comprehensive business management system
2. Help to do necessary documentation work of on-going business system development project and add-on functions development
3. Provide necessary user training for our oversea subsidiaries and give on-line or on-site technical support
4. Help to establish repository for our ERP system and related business applications

Job Requirements:
1. Education / Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree
2. Preferred ITIL Service Delivery qualification, PMP or CPIM certificated
3. Major Subjects / Specialties: Computer Science or Business Administration

Experience/Skillset Requirements:
1. Experience in ERP development, maintenance & production support in a MNC organization
2. Demonstrated experience of ERP training, especially in a global company
3. Possess good understanding of the enterprise business, functions and applications
4. Tenacious problem solver.Able to own issues and resolve to customers satisfaction
5.A good level of commercial and business acumen
6. Customer focus and strong customer service ethic
7. Excellent communication and relationship skills
8.Critical thinking and problem solving skill
9.Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
10.Self motivated and high energy
11.Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
12.Native English speaker, preferred from North America or West Europe
