Responsibilities:

• Assist IT Manager to monitor the progress of ERP system
• Gather user requirements and understand Business needs
• Ensuring day-to-day responsive operations of ERP and provide user training
• Coordinate necessary system test with business users, technical consultant and vendors etc.
• Ensure that all deliverable and systems comply with internal standards and guidelines
• Understanding of systems integration concepts
• Update reports on project and process status
• Assist in ad-hoc projects when required

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related discipline with 2 years relevant work experience
• Familiar with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage
• Outgoing, good communication and time management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferable
• Working Location: Shek Mun, Shatin (Near MTR station)
