Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Manufacturer : automotive parts like car door handle, car mirror etc
- HK office : 50 staff
- Guangdong factory : 1500 workers
- Main market : global car brands
- We are looking for ERP PROJECT MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to IT Director
- Lead a Team of 2-3 subordinates
- Focus on Oracle ERP projects
- Perform vendor management and contract negotiations and reviews
- Collect and review user requirements and translate into technical specifications
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing and user training
- Liaise with users, vendors and developers on project deliverables
- Work with developers, testers, and end users to create effective and complete documentation
- Ensure sign-off on all major system deliverables by stakeholders
- Develop project plans including detailing work breakdown structures and critical path
- Establish project budget, track spend and communicate current project
- Ensure that requirements are contained within defined scope
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline
- 7 years of relevant experience on project management experience from manufacturing/supply chain environment
- Basic to Intermediate technical knowledge and solid understanding of computer hardware and software, data management, application programming, data communications, operating systems, utilities and data security
- Must be able to understand the integration and interdependencies between projects
- Experience in Finance system implementation is highly preferred
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- China trip to Guangdong factory is required
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
