Responsibilities:

• Work closely with vendors to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of system modifications
• Monitor and oversee ERP System daily operation, assist in system interface design and report analysis
• Perform the enhancement and maintenance of ERP system, including testing, support, trouble-shooting and evaluating
• Lead and coordinate user meeting with various internal parties to identify business process or work flow and provide relevant solutions or improvement plans
• Organize ERP training for the internal users
• Assist ad-hoc project as assigned by supervisor
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Information systems, Computer Science, software project management or related discipline
• 3 years relevant working experience
• Solid exposure in ERP/Logistics/retail/CRM/WMS/POS systems
• Experience in appliance, furniture or kitchen utensils is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Hardworking and a fast learner 
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
