Responsibilities:

• Work closely with ERP team and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of system modifications
• Monitor the operation of company processes and oversee the improvement of system
• Coordinate meetings with internal teams to identify business work flow, consolidate requirements and make recommendations
• Deliver report/analysis and provide solutions or suggestion to meet company’s needs
• Perform maintenance of ERP system and relevant enhancement, including testing, support, troubleshooting and evaluation
• Lead and conduct UAT as well as training sessions for various departments

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, software project management or related discipline
• 5 years relevant working experience
• Solid exposure in ERP/Logistics/retail/CRM/WMS/POS systems
• Experience in appliance, furniture or kitchen utensils is an added advantage
• Practical knowledge in server-side programming and UX design is a big plus
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Hardworking and a fast learner
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
