1.Continuous improvement in terms of technology, quality and costs to the processes and support the achievement of AT&S and department targets. Continuous consultation with FM&ESD Manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting)

2.Communication with internal and external suppliers (chemical and equipment suppliers, supplier quality, production, quality, PE/CAM, CSC and other departments).

3.Continuously work with suppliers and customer on further FM&ESD control system development and implementation.

4.Signs responsible for the professional and methodical application of FM control systems and tools.

5.Conducts regular line walk audits to identify and investigate root causes of FM related process performance modulator and coordinates corrective action implementation with the process owner.

6.Assesses Facility, People, Tool-generated, Fluids, Product-generated FM sources through industry-standard and self- developed detection tools.

7.Creates and updates the FM catalogue for standardized FM classification.

8.Defines failure analysis plans in cooperation with QE and PE to relate defects with FM sources.

9.Provides FM related training and coaching for Engineers, Technicians, Line Supervisors and Operators.

10.Provide FM improvement performance report and other analysis as per required.

11.Clean Room introduction trainings for new employees and suppliers
