FOREIGN TEACHER’S REQUIREMENTS:
1) Education: Bachelor degree + TESOL / TEFL Certificate (120 hours)
2) Nationality: USA、UK、Canada、Australia、New Zealand、Ireland、South Africa
3) Experience: We can accept 0 experience candidate or non-native speaker but has degree(Bachelor or Master) in English speaking country.
4) Age limit: 22-50 years old
5) Must have a criminal background check.

FOREIGN TEACHER’S TERMS
• A desire to work hard and play hard!
• Length of contract: 12 months
• Probation period: 2 months
• Work Schedule: 5 days / 6 days in peak season (July through September)
• Teaching hours: 80 hours per month / 104 hours per month in peak season
• Salary: 13,000 RMB -15,000 RMB
• Overtime: 100RMB / hour
• Flight allowance: 10,000 RMB.
• Accommodation: 2,000 RMB Monthly accommodation. Housing ready and fully furnished upon arrival
• Health Insurance: School will buy medical insurance.
• Holidays: 15 days plus 12 days Chinese national holidays.
• Paid Z work visa, residence permit and sponsored foreign experts teaching license 
• Referral schemes – 2000 RMB for each new teacher you refer to Xuzhou Foreign Language School. 
• Contract re-sign bonus: 5000 RMB (2500 re-sign up and 2500 performance related bonus)
