Position Information:
-Job title: ESL English Teacher
-Place: Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China
-Starting from: between March and April, ASAP
- One year contract
- Contracted teaching hours per week 24 plus minimal office hours
- Class size: 5-12children(aged from 3-8 years old)
- Teaching oral English, playing games or other activities, adapting lesson plans

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Native speaker of English holding a Western passport

- Bachelor degree or above , TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate are preferred, candidates without either of these fields but with a high level of experience will also be interviewed.

- Easy-going personality, patient, punctual, passionate, energetic, creative, highly motivated

- Most importantly you MUST be passionate about working with children, our school revolves around the happiness and enjoyment of our students, if you can contribute to this, we want you on the team.

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: Negotiable (based on candidates’ qualification)
- Bonus: A performance-based appraisal will take place after the first three monthsand you may get a corresponding pay rise; After that, the review will be carried out every 6 months,being subject of meeting all the goals and good performance; employer will decide whether employee is entitled for a pay rise or not.
- Paid leave: 18 days/year
-Flight reimbursement: 8000RMB will be paid for your flight after your fulfilling the whole year’s contract.
-Accommodation: we offer the following options:
A: We provide good standard of furnished accommodation based on employee’s request, this accommodate will be chosen by our foreign staff members so all western priorities will be covered.

Or B: If the employee is willing to look for and contract his/her own accommodation in the city where he/she is located, then he/ she will receive extra monthly 2000 RMB housing allowance
