JOB SUMMARY:
-Hold weekly scheduled classes arranged by the Director of Studies
-Give high quality English lessons with the support of our staff
-Become familiar with, effectively use and recommend our programs, courses of study and other materials
-Develop and use effective supplementary materials when necessary
-Effectively integrate modern technology such as audio & video into lessons
-Guide students in using available online learning methods
-Conduct classes promptly
-Prepare competent lesson plans and materials in advance for all classes

REQUIREMENTS
-Applicants must be citizens of United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa.
-Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
-Hold a 120 hour TEFL or other teaching certificate/qualification (or willing to obtain one)
-Clean criminal background check, valid within 3 to 6 months that will need to be notarized
-Enjoy working with youth and kids
-Be independent, highly motivated and creative
-Be willing to work hard to provide the highest quality English education
-Able to live in China for 1 year.
