Wenhua High School International Department

Who we are:

Wenhua High School will open in the fall of 2019. It is an international high school co-built by Weifang Wenhua Education Group and CERNET Education. Its International Department will recruit students who are willing to go abroad to study and operate as the off-shore school of an American National Blue Ribbon school.

• The National Blue Ribbon Schools Program is a United States government program created in 1982 to honor schools that have achieved high levels of student achievement or made significant improvements in closing the achievement gap among student subgroups.

CERNET Education is an international education corporation established with funds and leadership from the Chinese Ministry of Education and Tsinghua University. We seek to provide international education resources to Chinese students and domestic high schools with information technology and digitized education based solutions, and to provide safe and renowned study-abroad programs and services.

ESL Teacher (2019-2020 school year):

Job Description:

• Teach ESL classes

• Provide supplemental instruction in American culture and/or college preparation depending on the needs of the program

• Evaluate students according to the assessment policy and provide semester reports

• Take part in organizing student clubs and school sponsored cultural activities

• Support marketing and recruitment staff

• Report to Program Academic Supervisor

• Work in Weifang, Shandong Province

Work Hours:

8 hours per day, Monday-Friday

Teaching Hours: 20 hours maximum per week
