RESPONSIBILITIES

- Planning and facilitating lessons to help students improve their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills
- Customizing lesson plans to meet different learning styles and levels
- Preparing ESL learning material including notes, quizzes and assignments
- Providing personalized feedback and guidance to students regarding their learning goals
- Maintaining positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents
- Documenting and sharing student grades and evaluations
- Teaching in a classroom setting for approximately 20 hours per week

SALARY

- 18,000 - 23,000 Chinese Yuan per month

QUALIFICATIONS

- Passport from one of the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of full-time teaching experience
- TESOL, TEFL or CELTA certificate
- Must pass a background check
- Teachers over 60 are not eligible due to China's work visa policies
